Plastic and Rubber Technique Center, which belongs to the HCMC Department of Industry  and Trade , is specializing in researching – analysing - handing-over technology, manufacturing plastic products, providing information for small and medium enterprises, training and technique consulting about plastic from designing to assesing the quality of the products.

Thank to good relationships with both domestic and overseas companies, PRT has co-operated with many universities; domestic, regional, international suppliers of material and device in order to introduce new technology and product to enterprises.

Monthly Center opens many training courses providing expertise knowledge so as to train workers, manufacturing staffs in line. Center always carries out reasearch and testing on high-grade products, technique consulting, technology handing over, etc. in order to enhance the quality of the products as well as the productivity effect.
